The delivery fee is 14.9 lei per parcel. Free shipping on orders from 250 lei.

The delivery time is 1-5 working days from the shipment of the package from the warehouse. No delivery on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Also, the delivery time may vary depending on the period (During the holidays there may be delays)

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet gone on sale. The idea of ​​pre-orders came about because people found it difficult to get popular items in stores due to their popularity.

For orders with Pre-Order, the delivery time can reach 3 weeks.

When the parcel is dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail and/or SMS. You can also check the order status on the Site at any time in the "My Orders" section.

The agent of the courier company will contact you by phone to deliver your package. If he cannot find you at the address, and you cannot be contacted by phone, the package will return to the delivery center. At the delivery center, the courier company will set a new date to ship the package.

The package will be kept for 7 (seven) days at the courier company.

You can pay for the parcel by cash on delivery through the agents of the courier company.

The international delivery time is 7-14 working days from the shipment of the package from the warehouse. No delivery on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

The delivery fee is 50 lei (EU) and 80 lei (UK) per parcel. Free shipping on orders from 600 lei.
