All Clean Balm

DESCRIPTION: This make-up remover balm has a solid form that turns into oil on contact with the skin. Heimish All Clean Balm removes even the heaviest makeup without drying the skin. It is an oil-based cleanser that contains natural ingredients.

HOW TO USE: Using the scoop inside the cap, scoop out 1-2 scoops and apply to dry fingers. Massage the balm in circular motions on dry face to melt makeup. It can also be used to remove eye makeup. Then rinse with lukewarm water.
